一家来自硅谷的新锐支付服务商Bolt，据说他们已经在私下里开发将近3年时间了。官网上宣称有将近100家客户公司使用Bolt，其中包括小米生态企业华米（海外）。

官网宣称是世界上第一家支持端到端的支付服务商，并且在支付行业第一家能保证100% 0欺诈的服务商。

bolt.com我研究了半小时，它应该是这样的：

买方下单不需要及时支付，但是需要授权冻结，就类似于信用卡的预授权一个性质。
bolt做的事情是告知卖家我已经冻结了，你去发货并且需要给我你的发货证明或完税证明，比如托运单，总之就和淘宝一样。
不同的是似乎不是买家收货确认，而是bolt依据卖家进度判断（Make sure you are registering the correct hook. Bolt will call this hook to get shipping options and tax rates during checkout, so if the correct response isn’t being passed back, Bolt will be unable to show the various options. ）
总而言之，就是信用卡的预授权锁定买方风险，以货到付款锁定卖家风险
